Ingredients:
45 ml El Jimador Reposado
15 ml Chambord
2 Dashes Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
30 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
5 Large fresh mint leaves
Dash of gomme
Method:
Muddle mint and gomme in base of boston glass. Add remaining ingredients, fill with ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled glass. Optional garnish of floating mint leaf and or half salt crust.
