Celebrating Our Cuisine Awards Success

We are proud to share some incredible results from the Cuisine Awards, recognising excellence across our portfolio of wines and spirits. From Champagne and Prosecco to Methode Traditionnelle and Fortified, our brands have once again proven their world-class quality.

Champagne
A spectacular showing in Champagne; with Charles Heidsiek Brut Reserve taking 1st place and being crowned Champion Champagne. Even more impressively, our portfolio claimed 6 of the Top 10 Champagnes (including 3rd through 7th place), highlighting both depth and consistency across our champagne range.
Prosecco
A standout performance for De Bortoli, which secured 1st place and a Best Buy distinction. We also took out 2nd, 3rd, and 5th place, with 5th place earning a Best Buy as well. Thats 4 of the Top 5 Proseccos; an outstanding result that reinforces the quality and value of our Prosecco lineup.
Fortified Wine
An extraordinary result in the Fortified category; Grant Burge took 1st place, and our fortified range dominated the competition, achieving 8 of the Top 10 positions, including the entire Top 8. The 4th and 8th place winners also received Best Buy honours, showcasing both excellence and accessibility across the range.
Methode Traditionnelle & Sparkling
In Methode Traditionnelle, Freixenet Cordon Negro earned a Best Buy award, recognised for its exceptional value and craftsmanship.
Dessert Wine
Rounding out our success, Jules Taylor Sauvignon Blanc Dessert Wine was awarded 4.5 stars and ranked 3rd overall; a testament to its beautiful balance, purity, and vibrant sweetness.
