  • Hancocks is dedicated to the highest ethical and professional standards and complies with all applicable Laws and regulations related to business operations.
  • Hancocks Employees must report any activity violating laws, safety, and regulations and follow all Company Policies.
  • Whenever possible, Employees should report concerns about potential violations of laws, safety concerns, regulations, Policies and procedures to their direct Manager or Human Resources.
  • Hancocks recognises that circumstances related to alleged violations may cause Employees to feel uncomfortable making a report in person. To ensure all Employees can make a report without revealing their identity, Hancocks has established a confidential reporting mechanism through the Hancocks website.
  • Hancocks encourages Employees, Contractors, and other Stakeholders to report any concerns related to (but not limited to) Modern Slavery, Health and Safety and Ethical standards through a confidential and accessible reporting mechanism.
  • Upon receiving an anonymous report of an alleged violation, Hancocks will investigate according to any related Laws, regulations, Policies and Procedures.
  • All anonymous reports, investigation findings and corrective actions are reported to the Hancocks Board.
