With flavours of rich malt, creamy toffee, orange and spicy undertones the Dalmore 12 year old is of course delicious to drink neat and has a huge resemblance to fresh christmas cake on the nose . However, it is also versatile enough to blend perfectly in this cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
60ml Dalmore 12 Year Old Scotch

15ml Dolin Rogue

10ml Sugar Syrup

A dash of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

A dash of Fee Brothers Grenadine

Tablespoon of egg white

METHOD:
Shake well with ice and double strain into a chilled whisky glass.

GARNISH:
Garnish with a Vanilla pod.
