Dalmore Cocktail

For 160 years this boutique distillery has continuously made this luxurious single malt whisky in the Northern Highlands - a prime area for it's unique peaty spring water and the barley growing hub of Scotland.

The Dalmore distillery also has the largest and most diverse array of stills in the Highlands enabling the master distiller an unmatched versatility in production, which helps the Dalmore greatly in it's smoothness and complexity. With flavours of rich malt, creamy toffee, orange and spicy undertones the Dalmore 12 year old is of course delicious to drink neat and has a huge resemblance to fresh christmas cake on the nose . However, it is also versatile enough to blend perfectly in this cocktail.

INGREDIENTS:
60ml Dalmore 12 Year Old Scotch

15ml Dolin Rogue

10ml Sugar Syrup

A dash of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

A dash of Fee Brothers Grenadine

Tablespoon of egg white

METHOD:
Shake well with ice and double strain into a chilled whisky glass.

GARNISH:
Garnish with a Vanilla pod.
