This cocktail has hailed from the Lounge Lover cocktail bar in London. Simple, refreshing and delicious. Enjoy at the beginning of a long Saturday lunch with friends.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Lemon Z Limoncello
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
4 Large Basil Leaves
Alan Scott Blanc de Blancs - sparkling wine
METHOD:
In the base of a mixing glass add all except sparkling wine. Muddle lightly, fill with ice and shake well. Fine strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with Alan Scott Blanc de Blancs.
GARNISH:
With a sprig of Basil.
