High Eastern Fizz

Created 250 years ago, Drambuie is made from a unique secret recipe with an epic Highland history. Bringing the old world into the new, this cocktail gives a fresh spin to a classic liqueur and shows its diversity and mix-ability has not diminished with time.

INGREDIENTS:

60ml Drambuie

40ml Pineapple Juice

20ml Fresh Lime Juice

2cm of Fresh Lemongrass (chopped)

2 Tbsp. of Fresh corriander

Small knob of Ginger

Small slither of Fresh chilli

2 Dashes of Sugar Syrup

1 tsp Superfine Sugar

Half an egg white

60ml Club Soda

2 dashes of Fee Brother's Orange Bitters

METHOD:

Muddle fresh herbs and spices with sugar syrup in base of of Boston glass. Add all remaining ingredients except Club Soda. Shake well with ice and strain into an ice filled Collins Glass. Add Soda.

GARNISH:

Garnish with a Lemongrass Stalk.
