This cocktail - perfect for cooler evenings by the heater (or by the fire) is heavily invigorated with Jack Daniel's Single Barrel and combines the sweet flavours of Muscavado Sugar with the spicy warmness of fresh ginger and Hapsburg Absinthe. Enjoy it with good company.
Ingredients:
60ml Jack Daniel's Single Barrel
1 tsp Muscavado sugar
10ml Hapsburg Absinthe
1 large slither of fresh ginger
Method:
Flame muscavado and ginger in separate mixing glass until sugar has dissolved. Add to a newly chilled mixing glass with ice and Jack Daniel's Single Barrel. Stir well and strain into old fashioned glass over ice.
Garnish:
Ginger slither.
