Ingredients:
2 cm of fresh chilli
10 ml gomme
3 large watermelon chunks
60 ml Finlandia Vodka
Method:
Muddle chille with sugar syrup in base of boston. Add watermelon and crush. Add Finlandia, fill with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: with either a mint sprig or chilli slice.
Advanced Method:
Bring 300 mls of water to the boil. Remove from heat and steep 4 kaffir lime leaves overnight. Strain and add lime water to atomiser. Chill. Dust cocktail with kaffir lime leave water when serving.
