Ingredients:
1/2 Kaffir lime leaf
1-2 cm Fresh red chilli (de-seeded)
4 chunks Freshly cut pineapple
45 ml Herradura Reposado
15 ml De Kuyper Curacao
30 ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
Method:
In the mixing glass bruise chilli and lime leaf well to extract oils. Add pineapple and muddle well to extract juice. Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake long and hard. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Slither of chilli.
