After the first fermentation in stainless steel, each tank undergoes malolactic fermentation to soften the natural acidity. This unique blend is made up of and astounding 40% reserve wines with an average age of 10 years. In order to achieve the depth and complexity - Charles Heidsieck age their Non-Vintage champagne for three years before disgorging, then kept another three to six months before they are ready to be enjoyed.

On the nose a hint of pastry with notes of cocoa, praline and fresh almonds, a delicious sensation of richness and with its hazelnut tender cream. Experience a fully developed wine, with a radiant bouquet that is captivating yet subtle. Although notes of fully ripe fruit, such as nectarines and the finish reveals the wealth of the gourmet world, hinting at nougat, honey and cereal grains. This wine is remarkably smooth and generous on the palate. As the wine opens up, it is full and intense with notes of warm bread blending harmoniously with subtle notes of ginger and coriander. Chill and serve at 8-10C.
