Cobblers are a very old but delicious and elegant family of drinks appearing in prominent books of the period; 1850-1870, such as The Bon-Vivant's Companion or How to Mix Drinks. They are the perfect Christmas tipple so splash out on your family and friends this festive season and buy some premium ingredients like De Kuyper Liqueurs and Pol Roger Champagne. Because remember your drinks are only as good as their weakest ingredient. And I'm not talking about alcohol content. Have a fun and happy Christmas one and all and be extra safe on the roads. See you all in 2012.
