This week's cocktail is a modern classic fusion of mango and basil. This flavour combination is a match made in heaven and translates very well to a Martini. Delicious and fruity yet herbaceous and slightly spicy. Perfect for these clear Autumn evenings of late, do try one soon.
INGREDIENTS:
40ml Finlandia Mango Fusion Vodka
10ml Sugar Syrup
5ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
5 Basil leaves
Method:
Muddle the basil leaves and simpe sugar in the base of a shaker. Add Finlandia Mango Fusion Vodka and Dolin Dry Vermouth. Stir well and fine strain into a martini cocktail glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with a Basil leaf.
