With St Patrick's Day upon us it is only fitting to use our fabulous new Irish brand - The Irishman. This cocktail is based on a drink an old chef I used to work with, drank every morning (sans the alcohol - so he said anyway).

This drink is easy to make in bulk and guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning punter. Definitely a lively pick me up - it actually has more up and go the a Vodka Red Bull, so perfect late in a long session.

The Irishman 70 is made from 70% premium Irish triple distilled single malt with the remaining made up of grain whiskies. It is delicious, smooth very premium whiskey - enjoy it neat or over ice. Happy St Paddy's day everybody!

INGREDIENTS:

30ml The Irishman 70

15ml Hot Irishman (Irish coffee)

Coca-Cola (to top)

Roasted Coffee beans (garnish)

Method:
Simply build over ice in a tall glass and serve.

Garnish:
Garnish with roasted coffee beans.
