INGREDIENTS:
50ml Mount Gay Extra Old rum
15ml Valdespino Oloroso Jerez
5ml Vanilla sugar syrup or maple syrup
1 dash of Fee Brothers Peach Bitters
METHOD:
Put all the ingredients into a mixing glass full of ice, stir well and strain into a chilled or frozen glass.
GLASS:
Coupette or Cocktail glass.
GARNISH:
Orange zest.
