Recently legendary whisky guru Charles Maclean MQ graced our fine shores. I was lucky enough to attend one of his tastings, easily one of the best I have ever been to and would ever hope to.
I made this cocktail on arrival for all the guests and named it in his honour. He was thrilled. This is a truly delicious slight evolution of the whisky sour.
