Cocktail of the Week

American whiskey has no better suitor than dark berry fruits. The rich and sweet fruit flavours coming from this cocktail are balanced with the aromatic freshness of thyme. No lime or citrus has been added, making this drink deliciously smooth and walking on the sweeter side. However the fresh berry combination yields amazing and delicious juice when muddled giving this drink all the volume and flavour it needs.

Jack Daniel's Single Barrel is a beautifully robust and flavour rich whiskey from the finest reserves of the Jack Daniel's Distillery, Lynchburg Tennessee. Only the best barrels are selected, then rested for up to an extra 5 years in the higher levels of the warehouse's. This extra aging time allows the whiskey to mature more and develop stronger barrel characteristics including vanilla, oak and toffee. Jack Daniel's Single Barrel is then bottled in a fabulous new decanter bottle by hand and cut with less of the famous limestone rich cave spring mineral water being released at a higher abv of 45%.
