Firstly you will notice the amazing warm red colour of this cocktail made by the combination of muddled strawberries and the Dolin Rouge Vermouth. The Dolin Rouge gets its colouring not from a red wine base - as this would be too heavy for a delicate Vermouth, but the particular plants and herbs used in the maceration process. combined with the aromatic Hayman's Gin and fresh summer strawberries - this is the fill package, looks, smells and most importantly tastes great. Made by the Duke of Manchester 1922.
