Chambord Manhattan

The Manhattan is traditionally made with sweet vermouth, however in this variation of the cocktail the dark berry flavour of Chambord mixes exceptionally well with the whiskey base. This combination creates a richer flavour, the vanilla, butterscotch, orange and spices in Woodford Reserve blend seamlessly with the cognac and dark berry flavours in Chambord. A decadent pre or post dinner treat.

INGREDIENTS:

20ml Chambord

40ml Woodford Reserve

Dash of Fee Brothers Bitters

METHOD:

Stir or shake ingredients with ice in a Boston shaker & strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

GARNISH:

Garnish with a cherry.
