Tasting Note: For our 375ml Concentrate we wanted an intensity to match espresso. This product is also used in bars around the country so we needed something that could shine through other ingredients. For this, we use a blend of three Fair Trade Organic Coffees: Colombian, Sumatran and Papua New Guinean beans. These are roasted slightly darker than our ready to drink cold brewas a result the concentrate is much more punchy.
