Tasting Note: The Devil is sourced from our foundation 0.8 ha block on the Chapel Hill Estate. The ancient geology, unique sloping aspect and patient viticulture has resulted in a distinctive wine, our very best. The Devil is in the detail of the winemaking, with precise ratios of new to seasoned oak, careful and gentle plunging and minimal additions.
