Pinot Gris as it was meant to be! Theres nowhere on earth that produces Pinot Gris quite like Alsace (pronounced Al-zass), a region in the north-east of France that borders Germany. Its the home of intensely rich, dry, spicy whites and like Champagne from Champagne or Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, it's often imitated but rarely matched. Its the real deal! 2015 vintage glows yellow with thick tears. Smoky, spicy with a clean herbaceous aroma on the nose with a structured fresh mouthfeel. Food match with white meats and spicy foods.
