5 STARS, Cuisine Magazine – September 2016
Chenin Blanc, like Riesling, comes in a range of styles. This is an off-dry rendition, with its sweetness nicely balanced by zesty acidity and textural grip. A generous fruit core offers up a salad of intense apple, nectarine and quince flavours, and the wine resolves beautifully with a long, crisp finish. Serve it with roast pork and crackling, together with a Waldorf salad.
