TASTING NOTE:
This is Te Pas inaugural Chardonnay release, and has already drawn plenty of positive feedback from around the globe.

Receiving a Gold Medal, and 96 Points from the Decanter World Wine Awards on top of a further 5 Stars and 94 points from Sam Kim of Wine Orbit.

Made from hand-picked, whole bunch pressed, 100% barrel-fermented (40% new oak), this wine has generous aromas of grapefruit, citrus blossom, gunflint & toasty oak. Citrus peel, nectarine and fresh almond flavours are supported by spice and smoky notes on the palate, leading into a lean and precise finish. Rich, refined, textural and intense.
