TASTING NOTE:
This is Patrick's ready-now and approachable drinking Pinot Noir. Made from a mix of 7 types of Pinot Noir clones and barrel-aged in French oak for ten months.
Displaying a bright ruby red colour. Impressively complex on the nose, displaying dark cherry, plum, earth and spice with subtle toasty oak characters. Concentrated fruit, with a silky mouth feel and abundant fine-grained tannins.
Pair with duck, venison or lamb.
