Credited with popularizing Champagne in the United State, Charlies Heidsieck became known as "Champagne Charlie" as he travelled America.
Using 60 hand-selected crus, blending 40% reserve wines and an average age on the reserve wines of 10 years Charles Heidsieck is a complex, profound and completely indulgent wine.
A deep golden colour, the Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve NV has a complex nose of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. It displays a layer of cream pasty, red plums and ripe cherries with a touch of praline on the palate.
