TASTING NOTE:
The 'Oomoo' range of wines was first launched in 1870, and was named after the local aboriginal word for "good". The brand was relaunched in 2003 to celebrate the Hardy's 150th Anniversary.
The Shiraz in this range displays an elegant bouquet of bright fruit, dark berries, spice, mint, chocolate and vanilla oak. The palate displays sweet fruit, dominated by blackcurrant, chocolate and mint. It has a medium body, with fine tannins.
This wine would match well with Beef Stew or Lamb Racks.
