After six years of research, testing and tasting the team at Eisch developed their Sensis Plus wine glass, which undergoes an oxygenative process that changes the molecular structure of the glass and changing the inside surface. The process results in a dimpling effect on the surface of the glass which increases surface tension of the wine on the glass, which through swirling will improve aeration of the wine.
