The Irishman 70 is a unique old Irish Pot Still Whiskey, distilled from 70% Malt and 30% Pure Pot still. The Irishman '70' is triple distilled and matured in Bourbon Casks.
A Gold Medal Winner at the International Spirits Challenge 2009, Gold at 'The Whiskey Masters 2010' as overall winner in 'The Irish Whiskey Category', and most recently awarded 93 points in Jim Murray's Whiskey Bible 2011 "Quite a Wonderful Blend". Quite Simply an amazing Whiskey!
Ingredients:
45ml The Irishman 70 Whiskey
Dash of De Kuyper Grenadine
10ml Lime Juice
Soda Water
Method:
Pour The Irishman Whiskey into a glass filled with ice, add De Kuyper Grenadine and lime juice, then top with soda water and stir.
Garnish:
Garnish with a lime wedge.
