'Cupid's Spell'

This delicious cocktail is fiery red, representing the passion felt between lovers. Mixed with the sweetness of raspberry sorbet and agave nectar, a hint of citrus for an exotic touch, and finished with the sophistication of Herradura Plata Tequila, this luscious cocktail will make every sip remind you of that first kiss with the one you love.
Ingredients:
60ml Herradura Plata Tequila
25ml Raspberry Sorbet (good quality)
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Agave nectar
30ml Champagne
Raspberry
Method:
Place all ingredients except Champagne into a cocktail shaker and fill with cubed ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and then float the Champagne.
Garnish:
Garnish with a raspberry.
