This is such a simple and easy cocktail to make and sure to be a hit with the hoards of fans that love creamy drinks. I know Christmas has just been and everyone will be watching their calorie intake. But people: it's still the holidays, so keep the calories coming I say. This is a little original of mine I whipped up recently much to the delight of some ladies in the room.
Ingredients:
30ml Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
30ml Tia Maria
45ml Fresh Cream
Method:
Add the Chambord Raspberry Liqueur, Tia Maria and fresh cream to a Boston shaker. Shake well with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with floating pod of aniseed and fresh grated nutmeg.
