Mango & Passion Daiquiri

Ladies and gentleman here is another super easy and tasty frozen Daiquiri sure to please your friends and customers. If you like the recent strawberry and coconut version you'll love this. This is sure to be a hit in the coming warmer months and definitely recommended with large lashings of sunshine.
Ingredients:
45ml Mount Gay Eclipse Silver Rum
15ml De Kuyper Mango Liqueur
30ml Passion-fruit pulp
30ml Lime juice
1 Mango cheek
Method:
In a blender add all ingredients. Blend on high speed until smooth. Carefully spoon mixture into a chilled glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with passion pulp and mint sprig.
