This week's cocktail is a quick simple, unique and tasty recipe using the rich, luxurious, sweet rum and coffee flavour of Tia Maria. Easy to make in large batches and living proof that good tasting drinks don't have to be heavily elaborate.
Well I hope they are easy to make in large batches because I'm just about to make up to 900 of them for The Mayoral Masquerade Ball here at Auckland's Viaduct Event Center hosted by Len Brown. After trying a couple yesterday I am confident they should be a hit.
Ingredients:
30ml Tia Maria
75ml Henkell Trocken Sparkling Wine
75ml Apple Juice
Method:
Build ingredients over ice in a high ball glass. Stir gently.
Garnish:
Garnish with apple slices.
