I have finally cracked the code and created my own unique martini recipe staying true to the drinks origins. What's more - it's absolutely banging (delicious and fantastic). I can now sleep at night a little easier.

I have made several over the last week to rupturing applause. Buy some Hayman's Old Tom Gin and bust these little puppies out at your next lavish cocktail function or just lazing at home on the balcony in the evening sun.

Ingredients:
60ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin

15ml Dolin Dry Vermouth de Chambery

2 dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

2 drops of Orange Blossom Water - (I have been loving this little tincture so much lately)

Method:
Add all ingredients to a pre-chilled mixing glass and stir well with ice to obtain dilution required. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish:
Finish with a large fresh lemon peel twist.
