Finlandia Blackcurrant is the newest addition to the Finlandia Flavour range. Like all of the variants it has an extremely natural/confectionary note with no nasty additives (unlike many of its competitors) continuing on the brands quest of purity.
This cocktail is an absolute winner and very simple to make hailing from the Finlandia cocktail archives. Try one soon as the weather gets warmer and the days get longer.
Ingredients:
40ml Finlandia Blackcurrant Vodka
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
20ml runny Honey
40ml Apple Juice
1cm of Fresh Ginger
Method:
In the base of Boston glass muddle the fresh ginger in the lime juice. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a large ice filled short/rocks glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with a lime wedge.
