Based on, and very similar to the second most popular - but less famous Cachaca cocktail (than the Caipirinha); named 'Batida' (Ba-chee-da). The delicious flavours of this drink are a must try for any discerning cocktail fan (even the sternest and staunchest of blokes will enjoy it once they get over the fact that it's pink and creamy).

Ingredients:

45ml Ypioca Cachaca Silver

4-6 Strawberries (frozen will suffice in winter)

15ml De Kuyper Coconut

30ml Coconut Cream

2-3 drops of good quality vanilla essence

60ml cream

1 large scoop of ice

Method:
Simply blend all ingredients together on high speed until smooth and pour directly into a long chilled glass.
