Mount Gay Silver Rum is a clear rum distilled from molasses. Aged a minimum of 2 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels. Introduced in 2008, this aged light white rum has an overall harmonious complexity. A truly fresh sensation from the very first taste, with hints of peppermint.

Then the fruity note of ripe bananas comes through, before blending with hints of freshness and young citrus fruit (grapefruit and lemon) which combine and give way to a perfect balance - making this white rum a perfect cocktail mixer.

Ingredients:

45ml Mount Gay Rum Ecilpse Silver

30ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

Soda water

Method:
Build ingredients in a tall glass with ice and top with soda water, stir well.

Garnish:
Garnish with a slice of orange or a tropical flower.
