This cocktail is an absolute winner. Beautifully refreshing and invigorating and perfect for summer time. The clean base of Finlandia Vodka is helped with some herbaceous notes from el Jimador Silver Tequila, the fresh mint and lime work harmoniously with the tequila all rounded off with a hint of sweetness. Served tall over crushed ice and charged with sparkling red wine makes this drink long, elegant and refreshing. Recommended with heavy doses of sunshine.

INGREDIENTS:

45ml Finlandia Vodka

15ml el Jimador Blanco Tequila

15ml Sugar Syrup

Fresh Lime Wedges (4)

Fresh Mint Leaves (6)

Arrogant Frog Sparkling Rose

METHOD:

In the base of a Boston glass lightly muddle lime and fresh mint and sugar. Add Finlandia, el Jimador and shake well with ice. Pack a tall glass with crushed ice and double strain shaker mix. Add a touch more crushed ice and crown with sparkling rose.

GARNISH:

Garnish with fresh lavender.
