My favourite twist on the Margarita, taken from Soda Soul 'n Spirits, one of the greatest current cocktail bars in France, and Europe for that matter.

The fresh grapefruit works beautifully in this Margarita and the lovely chili sweetness of the infused agave syrup rounds of this delicious flavour combination perfectly.

This is a premium Margarita made with the world's leading 100% agave Tequila producer and exporter - Herradura. Due to a much longer and more refined fermentation and distillation process Herradura Tequila has a beautiful soft intensity that is equally complex boasting the longest and most divine finish.

INGREDIENTS:

60ml Herradura Silver or Reposado 100% agave tequila

15ml fresh squeezed lime juice

30ml fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

A large dash of Herradura agave syrup infused with chili.

METHOD:

Add all ingredients into a Boston shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled, sea salt rimmed cocktail glass.
