INGREDIENTS:

45ml Finlandia Blackcurrant Vodka

15ml Chambord

3/4 juicy lime (sliced)

1 tsp superfine sugar

METHOD:

In the base of a tumbler muddle the lime with sugar. Hard pack the glass with crushed ice and add Finlandia Blackcurrant.

GARNISH:

Sprinkle with loosely crushed ice and crown with Chambord.
