Bruichladdich Rocks has a fruity palate and a 'wine flavour', this lends itself perfectly to an unusual but not altogether uncommon mixing with actual wine. Using a fruity Sauvignon Blanc works well with the apple and berry flavours expressed in the Bruichladdich Rocks. The addition of Elderflower cordial, passion fruit juice and manuka honey sweeten this drink up - but not too much.

INGREDIENTS:
60ml Bruichladdich Rocks Malt Whisky
60ml Sauvignon Blanc
30ml Passion fruit juice shaken
20ml Elderflower cordial
5ml runny Manuka honey
METHOD:
Mix all ingredients well and served tall over cubed ice.
