Woodford Reserve is a super-premium small batch bourbon with roots at the historic Woodford Reserve Distillery (circa 1812) in the bluegrass region of Central Kentucky. Carefully crafted by hand, only the finest maturing whiskey stocks are selected to become Woodford Reserve.

Although some may argue that neat is the proper way to enjoy the uniquely rich and balanced flavours of Woodford Reserve, it also makes a great cocktail with character. The mouth filling spice, vanilla, caramel and fruit flavours make for a diverse base in many cocktail recipes.

INGREDIENTS:
60ml Woodford Reserve Kentucky Small Batch Bourbon

30ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar

1/2 Egg White

10ml Fee Brothers American Beauty Grenadine

METHOD:
Shake all ingredients, except grenadine, well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

GARNISH:
Drop grenadine and a twist of lemon on the side.
