Cocktail of the Week
The Dukes Whisky Sour
17 August 2010

Off the west coast of Scotland lies a magical and isolated island with a mysterious past - the Isle of Jura. A unique malt with an equally diverse array of expressions. Beautifully crafted from only the finest malt, pure Jura spring water, rugged Atlantic sea breezes and generations of tradition. Distinctive from all other Island malts, lighter and subtle, less peaty and therefore immediately appealing to consumers. A smooth, clean, pure single malt scotch whisky.

"A Highland made on an Island"- Jura is ideal neat, over ice with water or mixed in classic cocktails.

3 dashes of fresh egg white

METHOD:
Add lemon juice and sugar to a Boston mixing glass and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
