Wet Martini

Most people prefer a dry martini, I like mine wet. Stylish and classic cocktails deserve stylish and classic ingredients - and this Wet Martini is no exception. Made with Hayman's London Dry Gin, a staple product that should be in any true spirit aficionado's collection, Dolin Dry Vermouth from the heart of the French Alps and the humble olive. The ingredients speak for themselves in this one. Enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml Dolin Dry Vermouth
2 dashes of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters (optional)
METHOD:
Stir well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
GARNISH:
Garnish with an olive or two.
