INGREDIENTS:
30ml Mount Gay Rum Eclipse Silver

15ml Hayman's London Dry Gin

15ml De Kuyper Apricot Brandy

Juice of 1 lemon

30ml Orange Juice

5ml Disaronno Amaretto

Sherry to float

METHOD:
Shake all ingredients except sherry and pour into an ice filled Tiki Mug or Hurricane glass. Float sherry.

GARNISH:
A sprig of mint.
