METAXA 5 lies at the heart of the METAXA family. With a bottle inspired by ancient Greek architecture, its spirit captures the warmth of the sun. Wine distillates aged up to five years provide this blend with its characteristically smooth, aged fruity taste, perfectly complemented by its dark honey colour. Enjoy its smooth and mellow taste served neat, on the rocks, with tonic or in a contemporary cocktail.
INGREDIENTS:
40ml METAXA 5
10ml Cointreau
10ml De Kuyper Creme de Cassis
10ml Lime Juice
40ml Passion fruit juice
60ml Cranberry juice
METHOD:
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake well with ice. Strain into an ice filled small hurricane (or similar) glass.
GARNISH:
With a segment of Blood Grapefruit.
