Founded in 1821 and with over 188 years of tradition and family experience, Dolin Vermouth is produced in Chambery, in the heart of the French Alps, by the last independant company still producing Vermouth de Chambery.

The Bronx Cocktail is essentially a perfect martini with orange juice added. It was ranked number three in "The World's 10 Most Famous Cocktails in 1934", making it a very popular rival to the Martini and the Manhattan. Today, it remains a popular choice in some markets, and is designated as an Official Cocktail by the International Bartender Association.

INGREDIENTS:
30ml Hayman's London Dry Gin

15ml Dolin Dry Vermouth

15ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth

Splash of Orange Juice

METHOD:
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

GARNISH:
Garnish with an orange slice (optional).
