Finlandia Lycee Cocktail

This cocktail has many delicate flavours and layers. The combination of the De Kuyper Lychee Kwai Liqueur and Rose Water produces a subtle Turkish delight flavour, combined with Finlandia Vodka Superior and lime this drink becomes a mix of middle eastern and Asian flavour. Simple and delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
45ml Finlandia Vodka
15ml De Kuyper Kwai Feh
4 Drops of Rose Water
Squeeze of fresh lime
Large chunk of ginger
METHOD:
Muddle the ginger in a tall glass, add ice and remaining ingredients and stir rapidly to infuse. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
GARNISH:
Garnish with a half shelled Lycee on a skewer.
