Dolin Cooler

This cocktail is the perfect drink to compliment your Christmas table this year. Refreshing to drink on a hopefully hot Christmas Day and reminiscent of European Summer drinks with the delicious spice flavours of Dolin Rouge balanced by the sweet and sour flavour of Tangelo juice. Dolin earned in 1932 France's only Appellation d'Origine for Vermouth and has been in constant operation since 1821. Know that you are in good hands with this drink. Merry Christmas!
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth
90ml Fresh pressed Tangelo juice
30ml Soda Water
METHOD:
Simply build over ice in a tall glass.
GARNISH:
Garnish with a lime and cherry on a skewer.
