INGREDIENTS:

60ml Mt. Gay Extra Old Rum

1 small tsp White Sugar

2 Large twists of Orange Peel

1 dash of Old Fashioned Bitters

1 dash of Orange Bitters

Splash of Still Mineral Water

METHOD:

In the base of an old fashioned glass muddle 1 Orange Peel, Bitters, Sugar and Water. Half fill glass with fresh ice. Add 30 ml Mt. Gay Extra Old Rum. Stir very well. Add more ice and remaining 30 ml Mt. Gay Extra Old. Stir very well again until sugar is dissolved and correct dilution of ice reached.
