The delicious combination of Mango and Ginger has always been an appealing one for me. This drink is simple to make and tastes great. The natural flavour of Finlandia Mango is balanced and lifted with fresh lime and agave nectar.
INGREDIENTS:
60ml Finlandia Mango Vodka
15ml Agave nectar
2-3 Mango cheeks
Juice of half a lime
2 knobs of ginger
METHOD:
In a Boston Shaker add two knobs of fresh ginger and the agave nectar. Muddle the ginger first to extract the oils. Add the the cheeks of canned mango and muddle again then add the Finlandia Mango Vodka and the juice of half a lime. Shake well and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
GARNISH:
With a slice of ginger.
